It isn’t my post but I think it should be seen.
I realize some people have the worst self-esteem, but you’re not going to feel any better about yourself putting this shit on your scale.. and you’re certainly not helping ANYONE out by putting it here.
Dealing with your own self esteem issues is one thing, but putting stuff like this unedited image out there is another thing. Project positivity!

For those of you doing ‘The Perfect Ten’ this weekend, here are some tips to maximize your score & get a better time!
1. Move quickly between moves. Try to flow one into the other as best you can. It’s easy to lose time if you’re resting too long between moves (30 seconds rest between moves is an extra 5 minutes per round). Tip: countdown from 10 when you finish each set and don’t ‘think’ about it. Just move.
2. Double up the reps and count it as two rounds. This is a good tip for those of you at a higher fitness level. Try to do 20 reps of each before moving on. (My bootcamp is doing 1 round of 10, 1 round of 20 & 1 round of 30. 6 rounds total, and insanely brutal. Try it if you dare).
3. Try to move faster than you think you can. It’s only 10 reps. Dig DEEP. Tell yourself you can do more.
4. Time yourself per round and try to maintain/beat your own time for each subsequent round. Go balls out the first time around and set the bar high. (If you can do it in 6 minutes, aim for 5 1/2 next time).
5. Do it with a friend! Motivate & push each other to keep going.
